Woodburn City Council to discuss future ballot measure to lower residential speed limit

The upcoming Woodburn City Council meeting has one hot-button item up for discussion.

On Monday, Feb. 23, city officials will discuss asking Woodburn voters to weigh in on whether the council should move forward with legislation to create 20-mph speed limit zones on local residential streets.
