Neither fowl nor four-legged fauna have been safe from a blow-dart spree that left ducks, raccoons, squirrels and even a deer wounded, Battle Ground police announced Thursday.
Investigators say the spate of animal cruelty has been linked to a residential neighborhood near South Parkway Avenue and Southeast 17th Way, where several young men between 18 and 25 have been shooting small animals with a blow dart gun for months.
