MONCKS CORNER, S.C. — A traffic stop in Berkeley County led to the arrest of a Moncks Corner woman after deputies discovered she was driving with a license plate stolen from a law enforcement vehicle, authorities said.
According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Luwanda Evelyn Dargan, 44, was arrested and charged with operating an uninsured vehicle (second offense), driving under suspension (second offense), and receiving stolen goods.
