Report outlines safety gaps after 2025 attempted kidnapping at Buffalo school

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Public Schools Board of Education has released the independent investigation into last year’s attempted kidnapping at the Dr. Charles R. Drew Science Magnet School.

The report was conducted by Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC, and contained several redactions throughout the report.
