Three people are now in custody in connection with the killing of 20-year-old Kashorn Armand, whose body was found slumped behind the wheel of a Range Rover at the intersection of Greenup Street and Smith Street in Kissimmee on Nov. 15, 2024. Investigators say the shooting was premeditated and tied to organized gang activity. A grand jury indicted the suspects in January 2026, and one of them, Ta’Shard Smith, was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on Feb. 3.
