EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State wrestling won five matches but fell in a hard-fought dual to Central Michigan, 19-15, on Senior Night at Jenison Field House on Friday night.
With both teams winning five matches, the difference in the dual came down to a pin by Central Michigan at 165 pounds in overtime.
Michigan State wraps up the regular season at 4-10, while CMU improves to 10-6. Nick Corday started off the dual strong for MSU, taking an early 7-0 advantage in the first period with a takedown and near-fall points against Archer Anderson.
