Montgomery man sentenced to over 10 years in $9.5M mail fraud scheme

A Montgomery man has been sentenced to more than 10 years in federal prison in a mail fraud scheme that totaled about $9.5 million, prosecutors said.

On Feb. 18, Kahneil Jahe Oliver, 28, was sentenced to 130 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit bank and mail fraud and theft of a postal key, said Kevin Davidson, acting United States attorney.

There is no parole in the federal system…
