BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – The Baldwin County Commission has approved major design upgrades for the Baldwin Beach Express II project.
The infrastructure improvement would extend the existing Baldwin Beach Express, creating a continuous 25-mile stretch from Interstate 10 to Interstate 65.
