What started as a stolen-car sighting at a Feasterville shopping center turned into a high-speed chase into Philadelphia, ending with a wrecked Hyundai and two teens in handcuffs, according to police. Officers say they found an occupied, stolen 2017 gray Hyundai Elantra at a Bucks County shopping plaza, the driver took off at a high rate of speed, hit another vehicle, and kept going until the car finally crashed in the city. Philadelphia police detained two juveniles near the crash and later turned them over to Lower Southampton Township officers.
