CRYSTAL RIVER, Fla. (WFLA) — A three-car crash that occurred in Crystal River on Friday night claimed the lives of two Iowans, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
At around 9 p.m., a Ford F250, driven by a 27-year-old Lecanto man, was traveling south on U.S. 19, approaching the intersection with West Venable Street.

At the same time, a Buick Enclave, driven by a 73-year-old Iowa man, was traveling north on U.S. 19.
The Ford turned left into the path of the Buick, pushing it into the path of a third car, a Dodge 2500.
