ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester Restaurants will be competing head-to-head to see who can cook the best chili in the 19th-annual Chili Cook-off on Saturday, February 21.
The event is being hosted at the Flower City Arts Center on Monroe Avenue and runs from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
