EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — For about a month, the intersection of New Mexico 101 (University Avenue) and Avenida de Mesilla will be a four-way stop.
That will allow crews to remove the old traffic signal infrastructure and install a new traffic light at the intersection, the New Mexico Department of Transportation said.
