OPELOUSAS, La. (NEWS 15) — One of the two men wanted for a shooting in which a vehicle was hit by gunfire has been arrested, according to the Opelousas Police Department.
Freddie Lewis III, 23, of Opelousas, is charged with attempted second-degree murder and aggravated criminal damage to property.
