Florissant just picked up a new spot for coffee, donuts and diner classics, as The Sweet Spot Cafe marked the opening of its latest shop at 2575 N. Highway 67 A on Friday. Neighbors gathered in front of the Jeffrey Plaza storefront while the family-run team cut the ribbon alongside city officials and business leaders, then stuck around to sample donuts and milkshakes. The new cafe adds to a recent wave of North County openings and is aiming squarely at the early-morning and lunchtime crowd with a mix of sweet and savory comfort food.
