Arizona investor acquires Notch66 apartments in Longmont for $103 million

A newly built apartment community has sold for $103 million in one of Longmont’s largest multifamily transactions in recent years.

Indiana-based developer Thompson Thrift sold the 336-unit Notch66 apartment complex to Scottsdale, Arizona investment firm The Wolff Co., according to a deed filed with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder.

The sale price equates to more than $306,000 per unit, placing the deal among the higher per-unit valuations recorded in Longmont’s multifamily market…
