Teen Driver Trying To ‘Drift’ Crashes Into Apartment Building In Washington

A teenage driver in Washington was allegedly trying to “drift” around a corner at high speed and failed, crashing through a fence and into an apartment building, officials said.

The Redmond Police Department said officers responded to a report that a vehicle had crashed into an apartment building on the 17100 block of NE 80th Street at around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Witnesses reported the motorist was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed and ran a stop sign.
