LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada’s state fire marshal, a top leader within the Department of Public Safety, was booked into jail Saturday morning on a DUI charge, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Chief Joseph Rodriguez faces a misdemeanor DUI charge after Washoe County sheriff’s deputies arrested him, records said. Rodriguez is also a Sparks city councilmember.
