(SHERWOOD) — Timothy McKeaney has made an impact in the four short years he has taught at Sherwood High School. So much so that a cohort hoped he would be recognized as the town’s Amazing Educator.
“Tim is an amazing language arts educator who works tirelessly to bring out student’s passion for finding the genre of literature that they enjoy, and then bringing that to light for each of them,” Sherwood High Principal Adam Mitchell said in nominating McKeaney for the honor. “He continually adjusts his instructional practice to increase engagement in the class and ensure that all of his students have equal opportunities to participate in the learning.”
