EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Evansville residents have lined up down both sides of Franklin Street for the 12th annual Franklin Street Gumbo Cook-Off.
This year’s theme for the cook off was Rinse and Repeat. People in attendance received wrist bands instead of new mugs. However people could still buy mugs from previous years.
