Owner of BG’s Sterling’s Amish Deli says restaurant staying open after all (with some changes)

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Just over a month after announcing he was closing Sterling’s Amish Deli on Wooster Street in downtown Bowling Green, owner Steven Sterling says he is keeping the business open after all.

In a lengthy Facebook post on Saturday, Sterling says he is reevaluating his business strategy and doing something drastic to turn it around.

Sterling says, the newly revamped restaurant will strive to make improvements in all aspects of the business – from making the job easier on employees, to cleanliness, to attracting more customers, to refocusing on affordability…
