The mayor of St. Paul has signed an ordinance barring all law enforcement officers from wearing masks that obscure their identity.
Mayor Kaohly Her signed the ordinance passed unanimously by the St. Paul City Council on Wednesday, which requires all law enforcement officers conducting operations in the city to do so without a mask or face covering, except in limited circumstances.
