EDWARDSVILLE — An “Agreement of Deferred Prosecution” was filed late Friday in Madison County regarding the felony criminal case against Zachariah Yinger, owner of the Studio 420 Smoke Shop, 106 W. Main, Collinsville.
Yinger was charged in September and indicted in October for unlawful possession of nitrous oxide with intent to deliver, a Class 3 felony. The charges followed a raid of Studio 420 in Collinsville on Aug. 20.
