SAN ANTONIO — Four people were hospitalized in a 7-car crash after police said a driver ran a red light at a Northeast Side intersection.
Officers were called around 5:16 p.m. Saturday to the 15000 Block of Nacogdoches Road for reports of a wrong-way driver.
