SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – A Sparks woman was arrested on a felony child abuse and neglect charge after a three-year-old allegedly fell out of a moving vehicle that kept going, according to a Saturday, Feb. 21, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office X post.
On Friday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m., witnesses took the victim to the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District station in Spanish Springs after seeing the child fall from a moving vehicle in the area of Omni Drive and Sky Ranch Boulevard, the post said.
