PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Bloodhound Tattoo in northeast Portland was open for business on Saturday, even as the women-owned tattoo shop is still recovering from a break-in on Tuesday night.
“There was a hole where the lock should have been. I was immediately like, ‘Oh, God,’” said shop owner Dana Townsend.
