Unconscious person rescued from Allentown house fire; another escaped, 16 displaced

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Allentown firefighters Sunday rescued an unconscious person from a house fire that displaced 16 others and from which another person escaped unto a roof, authorities said.

Allentown Fire Department was dispatched about 10:35 a.m. to the 200 block of North 17th Street for reports of house fire, with the possibility of entrapment, a fire department release said.
