HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Evansville police say one man is facing charges after an incident on Saturday evening.
Authorities say they were watching a man along Judson Street with an AR-15 style rifle magazine. The man has been identified as Ellis Barnes.
Police say they observed Barnes placing a backpack inside a gas station and leaving it there. Officers say the bag contained a large bag containing a green/brown leafy substance that officers believed to be marijuana, small empty baggies, rifle parts and green tip 5.56 mm bullets…
