WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — As a cold front moves into the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee, officials are opening warming centers to protect residents from frigid overnight temperatures.

The National Weather Service has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for Sunday night and a Freeze Warning for Monday night from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. for inland areas of the county, triggering the opening of a warming shelter.
