ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The community gathered in prayer as the four-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine approached. They met at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church for a candlelight vigil.
Irene Lyko Smith, the vice president of RocMaidan, which is a volunteer group supporting Ukraine, reflected on the challenges of the past four years but found hope in her faith.
