ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The New York State Department of Transportation is inviting the public to discuss its plans to replace two bridges on I-590 over Monroe Avenue and Allen Creek Road.
Major construction is slated to start this spring and is expected to continue through the winter of 2028.
