MALTA, NY (WRGB) — A Gloversville man is in custody, accused of selling stolen gaming cards.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stashu I. Roberts, 29, Saturday on an arrest warrant issued by the Malta Town Court charging him with criminal possession of stolen property in the 3rd degree (class D felony) and fostering the sale of stolen goods (class A misdemeanor).
According to the sheriff’s office, Roberts allegedly knowingly possessed approximately 105 assorted stolen Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards with intent to benefit himself, and used a physical building in the town of Malta to offer those cards for sale and ultimately to sell them for cash on Feb. 1…
