SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Central New York S.P.C.A. received a donation from Hummingbird HVAC of labor and five HVAC units. This is during a leadership change and previous challenges with heating at the shelter.
The HVAC system had been severely neglected before the change in leadership, according to a spokesperson from the CNY S.P.C.A.
The new president of the animal shelter, Marcie Marshall, said, “This was not a cosmetic project. It was a safety issue.”…
