VINTON, Iowa — Sewer Equipment Company of America plans to centralize its fabrication operations in Vinton as part of a proposed expansion expected to create new jobs in the region.
Under the plan, components manufactured at the Iowa facility would be shipped to the company’s plant in Dixon, Illinois, for final assembly and testing.
