About the New Ramp
According to the Cedar Rapids city website, the Kingston Yard Parking Ramp officially opened to the public on February 6th, and it’s pretty difficult to miss. The five-level facility features two HUGE signs bearing the words “Kingston Yard” and “Cedar Rapids,” which are clearly visible for anyone passing through the Downtown area on I-380.
