SLIDELL, La. (WVUE) – A 65-year-old inmate was found dead Sunday (Feb. 22) inside the Slidell City Jail, interim Slidell Police chief Daniel Seuzeneau said.
The man — identified as Douglas Koch — appeared to have suffered a medical emergency while sleeping, Seuzeneau said.
