Tulsa law enforcement takes the Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Oklahoma
TULSA, Okla. – The annual Law Enforcement Polar Plunge returned to Tulsa this weekend, raising money for Special Olympics Oklahoma and the more than 12,000 athletes it serves statewide.
