HERRIMAN, Utah (KUTV) — Utah native Kaysha Love returned to the Olympic stage in Milan, competing as a bobsled pilot in her second Winter Games after winning gold on the World Cup circuit.
The 28-year-old first built her speed at Herriman High School before taking her sprinting career to UNLV — power and explosiveness that later drew the attention of the U.S. bobsled program.
ARC Salt Lake caught up with Love’s former head track and field coach at Herriman High, James Barns, who said her rise to the Olympic stage never surprised him.
