In the news last week was the story of an ICE protest involving Quakertown high school students that eventually ended up with Scott McElree, the municipality manager and chief of police, in an altercation with students off campus on a sidewalk.
Video of the incident has gone viral and the Bucks County District Attorney has announced an independent investigation.
