ALBANY — Police arrested a 12-year-old student Sunday who they say threatened gun violence at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School on a digital messaging platform, according to an Albany police news release.
Authorities were notified Saturday around 6 p.m. about the alleged threat “to shoot up Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School on Monday, February 23, 2026,” the news release stated.
