CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A fallen tree left a portion of a Charleston roadway closed and caused power outages in the area.
Charleston Police said Seccessionville Road was closed between Woodview Lane and Stiles Bee Avenue. The roadway reopened early Monday morning.
