CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Power outages were reported across the Lowcountry on Sunday afternoon amid very windy conditions.
A wind advisory was issued for multiple counties, including Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester, though 7 p.m. with winds out of the northwest ranging from 20 to 30 mph, and some higher guests.
