CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury trial for a 24-year-old Cleveland woman accused of fatally shooting another woman in the Cleveland Metroparks last June, is scheduled to begin Monday.
Lavia Paul faces two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, and one count of discharging of a firearm on or near prohibited premises for the death of Kiara Jackson, 25, of Cleveland.
Jackson was the mother of two young children.
