CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Cincinnati man was arrested after shooting another person outside an education center in November 2025, according to court records.
The shooting happened at High Achievers Aim High education center inthe 2400 block of West Galbraith Road on Nov. 16, according to a Hamilton County Municipal Court affidavit.
