RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A missing vulnerable adult reported in Columbia has been safely located, authorities said.
Ronnie Skipper, 70, was found Saturday around 2:50 p.m., according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. Officials thanked the community for their assistance.
