The manslaughter and neglect case over the death of an 8-year-old Erie boy includes evidence such as medical records and an autopsy.
Erie County District Attorney Elizabeth Hirz said the evidence also includes the screams of the boy, Michael N. Hayes, who Hirz said was autistic.
