A Kingsburg Man is sheltering in place after his flight was canceled outside of Guadalajara amid cartel violence.
He spoke to Action News about the situation but wants to keep his identity anonymous due to safety concerns.
“(On Sunday), we were supposed to fly back to Fresno, we packed up all our bags and as we were ready to go, we were stopped by armed men on the road, telling us the roads were going to be blocked,” the man said. “They seem to be just taking them from whoever is driving them.
