A West Michigan real estate investor is betting that he can flip a 10,000-square-foot riverfront mansion in Cascade Township after a nearly $1 million full remodel.
Dean DeGraaf, the second-generation co-owner of the Georgetown Township-based flooring company DeGraaf Interiors, last October acquired the sprawling, five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home with 283 feet of frontage on the Thornapple River for $2.25 million.
