Founded in New York City by Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte in 2014, Maman first made their presence known in Palm Beach County in 2024 when they opened at CityPlace in West Palm Beach.
The wildly-popular, French-inspired all-day café, well known for their soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, croissants, cocktails and weekend brunch, is now setting their sights on southern Palm Beach County.
