Clay, NY — Oswego Health’s strategic move into Onondaga County is kicking into full gear with a brick-and-mortar office designed for 2,000 new patients.
Clay PrimeCare, opening March 2, 2026, will be located in the Belgium Meadows Office Park, 3448 state Route 31. It will compete directly with other primary care providers, like FamilyCare Medical Group and physicians’ networks owned by Syracuse’s three hospital systems.
