A Level 2 Driving Restriction is in effect for New Castle County, but a Level 3 Driving Ban has been declared for Kent and Sussex Counties.
Driving is restricted to emergency workers, public utilities, healthcare providers including hospital staff, snow removal operators, food and fuel delivery services, and businesses with approved waivers under Level 2, while Level 3 is basically a complete ban, asking drivers to shelter in place.
